NOTE: For US customers, USPS has ceased tracking of import registered mail. Your registered parcel can only be tracked online till it reaches US shores. You may be able able to only do so by contacting them directly. Read more.

Hence we provide Economy Shipping, if you require your item within a certain period of time. Shipment is fulfilled through DHL and comes with tracking, with signature upon delivery.

international taxes and duties
International customers (outside of Singapore) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
wrong address shared
If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please Contact Us ASAP. We will do our best to resolve if the item has yet been shipped out. Unfortunately we won't be able to ship complimentary the second time, if your order bounces back to us. For Economy Shipping, a $10 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $5 postage fee will be charged.
